A man was shot to death Friday morning in Dorchester.
Police were called at 9:11 a.m. to 120 Quincy St., where officers found the victim, a man in his 30s, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Witnesses said they heard about seven gunshots.
“Like a firework. Brrump! Brrump! That’s it,” witness Tso Le said.
Some people said they also saw a man in a red sweatshirt running from the scene.
“I saw a man, yeah. He run. He run so fast. But he fell right here,” Le said.
A short time later, another man was shot on Blue Hill Avenue. He suffered a gunshot wound to his leg.
It is not clear if the two shootings are connected.
