Short-term rental rules should be tightened, Green Bay commission says. Hosts say they’ll be out of a business

Green Bay’s Equal Rights Commission votes to tighten the laws surrounding short-term rentals in the Green Bay region. These laws include requiring a license, enforce inspections, a 180-day cap and 7 night minimum to ensure, as well as a local contact for complaints.

The commission hopes these updates will result in balancing economic opportunity with neighborhood stability.
