One suspect charged, one hospitalized, two at large in East Nashville fatal shooting

A 19-year-old faces homicide and attempted homicide charges in connection with a weekend shooting at an East Nashville short-term rental property.
Taurus Oglesby Jr., 18, was shot and killed Sunday around 1:45 a.m. at the home in the 700 block of Douglas Avenue. A 17-year-old was also critically injured by gunfire, Nashville police said.
A Nashville woman rented the home and was hosting a birthday party for about 20 people when four suspects arrived at the home. The suspects held and robbed partygoers at gunpoint, according to court records.
