El Paso considers new ordinance for short-term rentals

In response to growing community unease, Green Bay’s city leaders are advancing a proposal to tighten oversight of short-term rentals. The new rules would require all rental operators to obtain a license, limit the number of guests per property, and mandate a local contact person who can respond to complaints within an hour.

These changes aim to curb disruptive behavior, ensure accountability, and preserve the character of residential neighborhoods.
