3 teens shot at house party at short-term rental in Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Three teenagers are recovering after a shooting incident at an apparent house party.
The Birmingham Police Department reported officers were called to check a person shot in the 400 block of 86th Street South and found two teens with gunshot wounds.
The BPD said an 18-year-old and a 17-year-old were both taken to UAB Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officers learned a third shooting victim, a 16-year-old, was taken by private vehicle to UAB Hospital as well, also with non-life-threatening injuries.
